Laura Loomer Uncovers Court Docs That Blows The Lid Off Vegas Massacre’s Official Story

Documents released on Thursday from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department LVMPD point to multiple shooters and a contaminated crime scene in an already controversial investigation into the Las Vegas shooting over a year ago.

The LVMPD released 18 voluntary statements made by officers who responded to the shooting in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017. One of the documents that stood out from the rest was the sworn statement of Sergeant William Matchko (P#8525), document #11, in which he states the LVMPD knew of multiple shooters who they planned to wiretap after they discovered Stephen Paddock’s dead body in a suspected suicide.

In what is a routine procedure, officers are often asked to give a statement very soon after an event, commonly referred to as a witness officer interview. Matchko’s interview was conducted by the LVMPD –  Force Investigation Team on October 3, 2017, at 6:40 PM, just two days after the Las Vegas shooting.

Matchko got to Mandalay Bay shortly after the shooting had stopped but joined the teams who eventually made their way into the room over an hour after the last shots were fired. Before the breach of room 32-135 at the Mandalay Bay hotel, the reported location where the shooting reportedly took place, he was overlooking the men who were making their way down the 100 wings towards 32-135.

In Sergeant Matchko’s statement, he described how upon entering room 32-135, he immediately realized that alleged Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock had been dead for a long time prior to SWAT entering the room.

“So I go in there. Um, and I could see the suspect laying on the ground and the blood had started to, ah– started to coagulate by his head. So it appears that based on the time I didn’t–there–I didn’t think it– it looked like there was no way that the gunshots that we did from the time frame based on the blood coagulating like they shot him. You know, when I looked at him I immediately thought to myself this guy has been dead for more than the time we’ve been in this room.”

On January 30, 2018, a series of police search warrant documents regarding the Las Vegas shooting were unsealed by a Nevada judge. One of the documents unsealed details a search warrant request from 3:02 a.m. on Oct. 2, in which Sergeant Jerry MacDonald, the sergeant who sought the search warrant and also helped author the preliminary investigative report, said officers witnessed Paddock kill himself.

“As SWAT officers breached room 135, they observed Stephen Paddock place a gun to his head and fire one round.”

MacDonald’s statement in that initial warrant request was the first warrant request he authored after the Vegas shooting.

However, According to an investigative report released by LVMPD on Jan. 19, the 10-minute shooting spree ended at 10:18 p.m. on Oct. 1.

At 11:20 p.m., LVMPD SWAT and members of the Strike team entered room 32-135 and *found* Paddock dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Not only does Sergeant Matchko’s statement directly contradict LVMPD Sheriff Joe Lombardo’s claim that Paddock killed himself just moments before SWAT entered the suite at Mandalay Bay, but it also contradicts claims made by Sergeant Jerry MacDonald, in which he stated that officers witnessed Paddock commit suicide.

On that night, police say Paddock, 64, opened fire from his 32nd-floor suite at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino onto a crowd gathered at a country music festival, killing 58 people and injuring over 800 more. LVMPD and the FBI have still not provided a motive for the shooting, remaining adamant that Paddock was a “lone wolf”.

Further examination of Sergeant Matchko’s statement also challenges claims made by Lombardo and the FBI that Paddock was a lone wolf shooter.

Matchko stated and emphasized that “there’s a million other active shooters” at the time officers found Paddock’s dead body inside suite 32-135 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

“They go in, they say, “We’re gonna blow this other door.” “Um, as they walk into the room, mind you on the radio there’s a million other active shooters being called out in all these other hotels. They put the second charge on the door. Um, they blow the door. As soon as that I hear the second explosion now the fire alarm goes off again and I hear the (unintelligible). I hear the what sound like a burst fire but it was very muffled. So it sounded like two or three rounds went off. And I’m – I’m down there I’m trying to make my way through the room I’m like, okay, I was like, “Did the suspect shoot at us? Did we shoot the suspect, are we in a gunfight, what’s going on,” and they were all pretty calm. So they all seemed a little bit like embarrassed. And I guess one of – O’Donnell or one of them had a negligent or accidental discharge I don’t know what the proper term would be.”

Matchko ‘s statement continues:

“Look, you guys are gonna stay here with me. We’re gonna work on Intel gathering and we’re gonna work on, you know, preserve this crime scene.” And I told the rest of the guys to get your shit and go to the New York New York ’cause the New York New York had two active shooters called in at the same time at that very moment.”

The night of the shooting, Matchko received a call from Captain Tomiano who he says told him:

“Hey, you need to go in there and you need to be looking for his (Paddock’s) ID and look for anything that we can get to gather intelligence under exigent circumstances to prevent the rest of these shooters. We need to figure out who the rest of these shooters are because we’re gonna try to go up on wiretaps on the phones.” So he’s like, “Go in there, get any phones that you can. Get the phone numbers off of ’em and start figuring it out.” He radios back “Look, well I don’t know if he has his phone on him, I’m gonna have to move him,” and they’re like, “Well you gotta move him, you gotta look for the phone, you gotta find it.””

Not only does Matchko’s statement mention that there were multiple shooters, but his statement also recalls an order from Captain Tomiano who told him they needed to “prevent the rest of these shooters. We need to figure out who the rest of these shooters are” because the LVMPD wanted to put “wiretaps on the phones”.

Along with numerous statements about multiple shooters, Matchko’s statement also confirms LVMPD officers intentionally tampered with the initial crime scene upon entering room 32-135, with orders from Captain Tomiano to move Paddock’s body.

“And then we found his main phone – well, no, we – we rolled him – so I grabbed him by the arm. I picked the suspect up on his side. The blood came out of his mouth when out next to his face.” “I rolled him back he was obviously dead ’cause he had a bullet in his head. So I put him back down, he went back in the same position but now the blood on the side of his face is from me rolling him. Um, he had nothing on him.”

Matchko’s statement suggests Paddock had no blood on his face before Matchko touched him. Is this also when the blood fell onto Paddock’s shirt making it appear as though he was shot in the chest? There is no mention of any of this in the preliminary or final FIT reports released by LVMPD, which begs the question, what other pertinent crime scene information or details pertaining to the shooting was left out of the LVMPD report?

The official narrative is given by the LVMPD and the FBI for the night of the shooting has not wavered for over a year. Along with insisting Paddock was the only shooter, authorities also have refrained from identifying this crime as an act of terrorism (despite the fact that ISIS has claimed responsibility for the Vegas shooting), and they have refused to elaborate on the many officer statements and call logs that show Paddock was not alone in the room and reports of active shooters were called in after Paddock’s alleged suicide.

Sheriff Lombardo of the LVMPD has refused to give further interviews or press conferences related to the event or address the new information released under the court order, which continues to be released but unreported.

Lombardo has also issued a ban on department employees speaking to the press about the new information. This ban prevents members of the media or the public from confirming any steps taken that may explain some of the discrepancies between the official police timeline and the new information in the documents.

Sheriff Lombardo was challenged on the initial timeline at a live press conference based on evidence to support an earlier check-in date of September 25, 2017, and only then after being confronted on live TV did he provide the correct details. Over one year later and similarly, new information that proves Lombardo misinformed the public in the aftermath of the shooting continues to be released.

Despite being banned from the LVMPD press conferences by Lombardo’s orders, investigative journalist Laura Loomer continues to challenge the official narrative and timeline of the Vegas shooting. So far the document dump, reported on exclusively by Loomer, showed the alleged gunman, Stephen Paddock, warned an Uber driver of a “terrorist attack” at the Mandalay Bay days before the shooting, his bank account had been frozen due to suspicions of funding terrorism, three other women were registered to his hotel room, Mandalay Bay security stated in a call that there were multiple shooters, and Paddock’s girlfriend had ISIS connections on Facebook.

It’s been over a year since the Las Vegas shooting and we still have no answers and are seeing almost zero media coverage about the Las Vegas shooting, the worst mass shooting in US history. Despite being the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, the American public has received little to no information regarding how an alleged lone gunman amassed an arsenal of weaponry, ammunition, and equipment without detection or help, and what motivated the act of mass murder.
As new evidence and police documents regarding the shooting continue to be released over a year later, the mystery surrounding the shooting and the theories regarding multiple shooters continues to grow with statement’s like Matchko’s, which casts further doubt on whether or not Paddock truly was a lone shooter and how long he was dead before officers entered the room.

What else is the LVMPD hiding, and how come they are only now releasing these shocking officer statements over a year after the Las Vegas shooting?

LVMPD did not reply to a request for comment regarding their sergeant’s statement about multiple shooters and crime scene contamination.

Sweden has one of Europe’s highest rates of sexual assaults.
At 120.79 violent sexual assaults per 100,000 people, and 56 rapes per 100,000, the otherwise bleak socialist country ranks as having the second highest rate of sexual violence in Europe.

What makes Sweden so exceptionally dangerous for women? Its militant feminism is embedded in its political culture and its educational system. Sweden has boasted of a “feminist foreign policy”, 61% of Swedes in one survey identified as feminists and hold the strongest views on “gender equality” of any Europeans. Swedes are the most likely to believe that it’s okay for men to cry. Only 11% believe that women should take care of the home and only 10% believe that it’s a man’s job to support his family.
A local branch of the Left Party in Sweden even demanded that men urinate while sitting down.


And then there are the Czechs, just 13% identify as feminists, 77% think that a woman’s place is in the home, yet the sexual assault rate is 7.79 per 100,000, a tiny fraction of feminist Sweden.

If the real issues were feminism and toxic masculinity, if sufficient educational indoctrination about the evils of masculinity is needed to “teach men not to rape”, women should be safest in Sweden.

So what went wrong?

Instead of traveling from Stockholm to Prague, let’s take a closer trip over to neighboring Finland.

Finland has a third of Sweden’s rape rates and a quarter of its sexual assault rates. Its numbers are still far higher than most of Europe, but nowhere near those of Sweden.
What could possibly explain the difference?

Finland is also fairly feminist, but the Muslim proportion of its population is only a third of Sweden. Finland has a third of Sweden’s Muslim population proportion and a third of its rape rate.

Sweden has the second highest non-indigenous Muslim immigration population rate in Europe and the second highest sexual assault rate in Europe. It would be foolish to pretend that this is a coincidence.

Take Ireland and the United Kingdom. The UK tops even Sweden in Europe’s sexual assault and rape statistics. At 130.96 per 100,000 for sexual assaults and 50.68 per 100,000 for rapes, the United Kingdom is the most dangerous place for women in Europe. One analysis claims that 1 in 5 women will be sexually assaulted and that 3.1% of women were assaulted in just the last year.

But then why do the numbers for nearby Ireland look so strikingly different? Like Finland, Ireland’s numbers are high, but nowhere near as high as those in the United Kingdom.
The UK’s sexual assault and rape rates are roughly four times as high as those of Ireland. And at 6.3% versus 1.4%, the difference in Muslim population percentages is in almost perfect proportion.

London, with its great diversity, has the highest rape rate within the United Kingdom.
Finland was once part of Sweden. Ireland was once part of the United Kingdom. Unlike comparing distant countries where differences can be accounted for by a great variety of factors, Finland and Ireland serve as a kind of control group measuring the impact of immigration on Europe.

Belgium, which hosts the capitals of the European Union and of Islamic terrorism, is in third place. At 65.92 sexual assaults and 25.50 rapes per 100,000, women are unsafe in the capital of the EU. Meanwhile Hungary, the country in the news for its clashes with the EU over admitting Muslim migrants, has a sexual assault rate of 2.45 and a rape rate of 3.82.
Belgium has the third highest Muslim population rate and the third highest sexual violence rate.

Brussels has a thousand programs and regulations pushing feminism. Hungary has a wall. The lesson from Sweden and Brussels is that if you want to stop rape, professional feminism doesn’t work, walls do.

At 0.86, Serbia has one of the lowest sexual assault rates in Europe. And at 8.8, France has one of the highest. Eastern European countries, generally not known for their militant feminism, have low rates while the more “progressive” Western European countries suffer from very high rates.

The Netherlands has the fourth highest sexual assault rate in Europe and the fourth highest non-indigenous Muslim population rate. Germany has the sixth highest assault rate and the sixth highest Muslim population rate. Not all the numbers add up so well, but those that do are quite disturbing.

There are European countries with low Muslim population rates, but high sexual assault rates. Portugal, Finland and Latvia are all examples. But there is no European country that has a high Muslim immigrant population and a low rate of sexual violence. All of the top Muslim immigrant countries are in the red.

The differences are sometimes striking when measuring culturally dissimilar neighbors.
Germany sits next door to Poland. Sexual assaults in Germany clock in at 33.55 while in Poland, they’re at 1.40. Muslims make up 6.1% of Germany and less than 0.1% of Poland.
The statistics suggest that the key factor is not necessarily a high Muslim population, but a high Muslim immigrant population. Bulgaria has a sizable Muslim population that has been living there for a very long time. And its sexual violence rates are quite low. It’s particularly immigrant populations coming from societies with a very different set of Islamic mores that lead to epidemics of sexual violence.

European countries with ancient Muslim populations don’t appear to have large sexual assault rates. It’s the countries that admitted large numbers of Muslim migrants in a matter of decades that are suffering.

Islamic doctrines and Arabic cultural mores that permit, explicitly or implicitly, the sexual assault of non-Muslim women who are not dressed properly or walk unaccompanied by a male relative, are pernicious. And Muslims rapists in Europe and Australia have cited belief and culture in their defense. But mass migration is often inherently disruptive, breaking down values and trust in stable communities.

That trust then has to be rebuilt in ways that the media and the entertainment industry frequently reduce to simplistic moralizing tales about trusting people who are different, but that in practice take generations to restore lost social capital. There can be gains along the way, but any honest accounting must measure the horrifying losses, including these shocking assault rates, against the gains.

Belgium has the third highest Muslim population rate and the third highest sexual violence rate. The Netherlands has the fourth highest sexual assault rate in Europe and the fourth highest Muslim population rate. Germany has the sixth highest assault rate and the sixth highest Muslim population rate. Are all of these numbers just a random coincidence?

Feminist government policies don’t stop sexual violence. Not when the same feminist governments open the borders to mass migrations from countries where women have no legal or cultural rights.

The more open a European country is to Muslim mass migration, the more dangerous it is to women.

While we've been fixated on Trump, federal prosecutors continue to examine Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.

 

While the country has been fixated on Donald Trump's tormenting his Republican primary opponents and deeply concerned about the government's efforts to identify any confederates in the San Bernardino, California, killings, a team of federal prosecutors and FBI agents continues to examine Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state in order to determine whether she committed any crimes and, if so, whether there is sufficient evidence to prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

What began as an innocent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by Judicial Watch, a D.C.-based public advocacy group promoting transparency in the executive branch, has now become a full criminal investigation, with Clinton as the likely target.

The basic facts are well-known, but the revealed nuances are important, as well. When the State Department responded to the Judicial Watch FOIA request by telling Judicial Watch that it had no emails from Clinton, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit. When the State Department made the same representation to the court—as incredible as it seemed at the time—the judge accepted that representation, and the case was dismissed.

Then The New York Times revealed that Clinton used a private email server instead of the government's server for all of her work-related and personal emails during her four years as secretary of state. After that, the Judicial Watch FOIA case was reinstated, and then the judge in the case demanded of State that it produce Clinton's emails.

When Judicial Watch expressed frustration to the judge about the pace at which it was getting emails, the judge ordered Clinton, "under penalty of perjury," to certify that she had surrendered all her governmental emails to the State Department.

Eventually, Clinton did certify to the court that she did surrender all of her governmental emails to the State Department. She did so by sending paper copies of selected emails, because she had wiped clean her server. She acknowledged that she decided which emails were personal and which were selected as governmental and returned the governmental ones to the State Department. She has denied steadfastly and consistently that she ever sent or received any materials marked "classified" while secretary of state using her private server.

All of her behavior has triggered the FBI investigation because she may have committed serious federal crimes. For example, it is a crime to steal federal property. What did she steal? By diverting to her own venue the digital metadata that accompany all emails—metadata that, when attached to the work-related emails of a government employee, belong to the government—she stole that data. The metadata do not appear on her paper copies—hence the argument that she stole and destroyed the government-owned metadata.

This is particularly troublesome for her present political ambitions because of a federal statute that disqualifies from public office all who have stolen federal property. (She is probably already barred from public office—though this was not prominently raised when she entered the U.S. Senate or the Department of State—because of the china, silverware, and furniture that she and her husband took from the White House in January 2001.)

Clinton may also have committed espionage by failing to secure the government secrets entrusted to her. She did that by diverting those secrets to an unprotected, nongovernmental venue—her own server—and again by emailing those secrets to other unprotected and nongovernmental venues. The reason she can deny sending or receiving anything marked "classified" is that protected government secrets are not marked "classified."

So her statement, though technically true, is highly misleading. The governmental designations of protected secrets are "confidential," "secret," and "top secret"—not "classified." State Department investigators have found 999 emails sent or received by Clinton in at least one of those three categories of protected secrets.

Back when Clinton became secretary of state, on her first day in office, she had an hour-long FBI briefing on the proper and lawfully required care of government secrets. She signed a statement, under penalty of perjury, acknowledging that she knew the law and that it is the content of emails, not any stamped markings, that makes them secret.

Earlier this week, my Fox News colleagues confirmed the certain presence of top-secret materials among the 999 emails. Intelligence from foreign sources or about foreign governments is always top-secret, whether designated as such or not. And she knows that.

As well, she may have committed perjury in the FOIA case. When the House Select Committee on Benghazi, in its investigation of her role in the deaths of the U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other Americans, gathered emails, it found emails she did not surrender to the State Department.  

Last week, the State Department released emails that give the FBI more areas to investigate. These emails may show a pattern of official behavior by Clinton designed to benefit the financial interests of her family's foundation, her husband, and her son-in-law. Moreover, the FBI knows of a treasure-trove of documents that may demonstrate that the Clinton Foundation skirted the law and illegally raised and spent contributions.

Two months ago, a group of FBI agents sat around a conference table and reviewed the evidence gathered thus far. Each agent was given the opportunity to make or detract from the case for moving forward. At the end of the meeting, it was the consensus of the group to pursue a criminal investigation. And Clinton is the likely target.

Obama had floated The Blind Shiek's release on humanitarian/health grounds like the Scots did with the Lockerbie bomber the year before. Morsi had formally requested his release via the U.S. State Department and to Obama directly, twice. Obama floated the idea and got huge pushback from Congress and the public. So then, Morsi and Obama planned the kidnapping and fake negotiations that would make them both look like HEROES, before Obama's election, but the "operation" went sideways when the CIA contractors at the Consulate, did not surrender and fought back. This was Benghazi.


The reason that forces that were lined up to help the victims of Benghazi were told for hours to "stand down" was because they (the conspirators) did not have a clear understanding where Stevens was, thinking he was alive in the hospital, being treated, and not wanting to disturb Obama's Kidnap Plot. This was of course after Obama with the help of Steve Jobs, Eric Schmidt and other internet powers, CIA/MB (Public Record) created the "Social Media Revolution" in Egypt that placed the Muslim Brotherhood in power.

The truth about the kidnap plot and the fact that Obama was Muslim Brotherhood, gave the Egyptian people the understanding that created the revolution in Egypt several months later when 33 million of them stood in the streets for weeks shutting down the country until Morsi was deposed and arrested, thousands of MB members were executed and the MB was again conquered and outlawed. Would that it were conquered and outlawed HERE. In a panic, losing control, Obama literally went Nuclear and only the mutiny of the U.S. Military saved us from Nuclear Holocaust and war with Russia.

Have no fear. The enemies are reeling. Since November 8, 2016 their mission has always been simple - to protect the Clintons, Obama and all their cronies. They have been subjected to withering fire for two years, sustaining massive damage. Consider what we know:

• Comey’s entire FBI team has been wiped out. Ditto, Lynch’s DOJ rats.

• Obama’s natsec crew (Brennan, Clapper, Comey etc) has been stripped of security clearances and know they are legally exposed.

• The Clintons have been under intense DOJ/OIG investigation (Clinton Foundation, Uranium One).

• Obama has been under intense DOJ/OIG investigation (SpyGate - the election crime, ObamaGate (spying)).

• The leak network of FakeNews reporters, working with Obama & Clinton, has likely been uncovered.

• The UK & Australian governments are muzzled.

• Democrats in Congress. Yes, they have won the House. But once the role of so many of their most powerful members is revealed, it’s likely that their victory will be a pyrrhic one.

And more. You get the picture. They may whine on twitter and play games, but Trump has most of the Republic's enemies muzzled, or defeated.
However, Mueller and FakeNews remain. They are very weak now, but have one last weapon left.
Defeating Mueller & FakeNews: Trump’s Strategy
Obama & Clinton destroyed modern journalism, by weaponizing it.
During the 2016 election, 65 ‘journalists’ were exposed as covert Clinton partisans, working with her campaign as a de facto Department of Propaganda.
The OIG report released in 2018 indicated that reporters were working with corrupt FBI agents, to do the same thing.
It has been strongly suggested that there is a cadre of propagandists masquerading as reporters, who have been secretly paid to do Obama & Clinton’s dirty work.
FakeNews’ weapon has always been to use classified information and leaks, to damage the opponents of Obama & Clinton. Their ability to influence millions of brainwashed citizens, while reducing 24/7, is a potent weapon.
Trump has known this for a long time. That’s why he has hammered FakeNews, 24/7, since 2015. It’s also why since early 2017, Trump and his master spooks have confused and distracted the FakeNews enemies with real leaks of fake news, while also sealing off any leaks, from the most important investigations into Obama & Clinton, that have been running in secret.
This has had a devastating impact, but Mueller & FakeNews still have the ability to create and shape narratives, working together.
For example, right now Mueller is trying to frame the four individuals who will be revealed as targets of illegal FISAs - Manafort, Flynn, Papadopoulos and Page - as suspicious liars. This is for FakeNews to activate later.
Mueller is also (desperately) trying to create a false narrative that the Russians hacked the DNC and then leaked it to WikiLeaks, then waited for the green light by the Trump campaign to release them. FakeNews is pushing this lie, 24/7.
Trump knows exactly what Mueller & FakeNews are doing. What else does he know?
They need fresh meat, in the form of information, to keep up their assault on Trump.
In order to create narratives, Mueller needs access to fresh intelligence. For FakeNews to do the same, they need fresh leaks.
Trump isn’t going to give them either.
Can you see why he is holding back? Let’s say that Trump releases everything, unredacted, today. FakeNews would misreport it and twist it, in a way that their zombie-like fans would believe.
And Mueller would be able to come up with new ‘investigations’ and narratives, to keep his witch-hunt alive until 2020.
The solution ? Release NOTHING, until Mueller is gone. Without Mueller, FakeNews are deprived of their one last Obama/Clinton holdout.
Pressure Mueller to close his investigation. Then release EVERYTHING.
The EndGame : Goodbye, Mr Mueller
Mueller was probably hoping to try and keep his witch-hunt going until the new Congress is sworn in, on Jan 3, 2019.
That will now be very difficult.
Time is against him. And Trump has been turning the screws on him tighter and tighter, since the mid-term elections, for at least these reasons:.
• AAG Whitaker has been appointed and is no friend. He will have already leashed Mueller, if not ordered him to close the investigation.
• A steady flow of very incriminating information against Obama, Clinton and their cronies is starting to emerge, via reporters such as John Solomon.
• We are seeing the appearance senior Obama officials, forced to testify under oath in Congress.
• Two of Mueller’s targets - George Papadopoulos and General Flynn - will soon be able to tell their stories, with no fear of consequences.
• We are also learning of major investigations into Spygate and the Clintons, that have been kept hidden.
Mueller’s new strategy will likely be to release a damning report, that he hopes the House can use to impeach Trump. One problem : Whitaker has the power to block its release.
One thing seems certain. Mueller will be closed down, in my opinion, before the end of the year. If not sooner.
Once that happens, it is endgame for the enemy.
Timing & Momentum
Once Mueller is gone, it is over for the enemies of the Republic.
Trump will know he has already won the war. And that the timing is right to engage the Republic’s enemy, in battle.
And that is when Trump will give his order : ‘FIRE AT WILL’.

A Last Word : Indictments
Sun Tzu was correct about another thing.
If you destroy a nation when defeating it, that is not victory. Victory is winning the enemy's lands, as intact as possible.
Remember, Trump does not want to destroy the Republic. He will aim to ensure that it emerges stronger and less divided, than the mess his enemies left behind.
For example, we will see many public figures disappear, never to be seen again, especially Congress members. Ditto, government officials. Trump will let them go, each one knowing that they can be indicted at any time.
However, Trump also knows that his base demands a visible demonstration of justice.
There will be indictments - from Congress, DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc. But in my opinion, they will not be to satisfy the blood-lust of Trump’s supporters. Each one will be chosen carefully, for strategic and logical reasons.
Indicted or not (for the record, I think they must and will be), Obama & Clinton will be fully exposed, humiliated, shamed and stripped of honors. They will be bankrupted and remembered as two of the most disgraceful Americans to have ever lived. Imagine living with that.
There is a natural fear that we will never see victory. After all, as we have been let down so many times in the past, it is normal to expect that we will be let down again.
In reality, there is no cause for alarm.
Why?
President Donald J Trump, that’s why.
As this article has shown, the strategy has always been about defeating the enemy first, before engaging them in battle.

Yet my words hold too much sanity for that, since they argue the idiocy of wrestling to the mat all that is death inducing painted up as the Great Harlot and whore strutting the high halls of culture as the droning, prattling bore, in paintings that shred and humans that cannot truly wed, and slave boys in Avital Ronell's bed. Oh how the sophisticated becomes the mundane, how learning itself has grown INSANE.

FBI's Smoking Gun: Redactions Political

FBI’s smoking gun: Redactions protected political embarrassment, not ‘national security’

To declassify or not to declassify? That is the question, when it comes to the FBI's original evidence in the Russia collusion case.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI have tried to thwart President Trump on releasing the evidence, suggesting it will harm national security, make allies less willing to cooperate, or even leave him vulnerable to accusations that he is trying to obstruct the end of the Russia probe.

Before you judge the DOJ's and FBI's arguments - which are similar to those offered to stop the release of information in other major episodes of American history, from the Bay of Pigs to 9/11 - consider Footnote 43 on Page 57 of Chapter 3 of the House Intelligence Committee's report earlier this year on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Until this past week, the footnote really had garnered no public intrigue, in part because the U.S. intelligence community blacked out the vast majority of its verbiage in the name of national security before the report was made public.

From the heavy redactions, all one could tell is that FBI general counsel James Baker met with an unnamed person who provided some information in September 2016 about Russia, email hacking and a possible link to the Trump campaign.

Not a reporter or policymaker would have batted an eyelash over such a revelation.

Then, last Wednesday, I broke the story that Baker admitted to Congress in an unclassified setting - repeat, in an unclassified setting - that he had met with a top lawyer at the firm representing the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and received allegations from that lawyer about Russia, Trump and possible hacking.

It was the same DNC, along with Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, that funded the unverified, salacious dossier by a British intel operative, Christopher Steele, that became a central piece of evidence used to justify the FBI surveillance of the Trump campaign in the final days of the election.

And it was the same law firm that made the payments for the dossier research so those could be disguised in campaign spending reports to avoid the disclosure of the actual beneficiaries of the research, which were Clinton and the DNC.

And it was, in turns out, the same meeting that was so heavily censored by the intel agencies from Footnote 43 in the House report - treated, in other words, as some big national security secret.

What makes this so extraordinary is that the FBI and the DOJ would have Americans believe that a contact with a lawyer for a political party during the middle of the election is somehow a matter of national security that should be hidden from the public.

Well, that argument was proven to be a lie by the very way the interview with Baker played out last Wednesday on Capitol Hill. Baker was not interviewed in a "SCIF" - a "sensitive compartmented information facility" routinely used to discuss super-secret, highly sensitive information. There was no claim of classification over any information he provided Congress that day.

So we can now say with some authority that the earlier redaction in Footnote 43 was done in the name of a national security concern that did not exist.

Which raises the question of what the real reason was that it was hidden from public view. I think the answer can be found in an earlier set of documents that DOJ and FBI fought hard to keep secret - the text messages of those FBI love-birds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. What we learned from their messages was that the investigation was a whole lot more about politics and and a whole lot less about verified intelligence.

There is now a concrete storyline backed by irrefutable evidence: The FBI allowed itself to take political opposition research created by one party to defeat another in an election, treated it like actionable intelligence, presented it to the court as substantiated, and then used it to justify spying on an adviser for the campaign of that party's duly chosen nominee for president in the final days of a presidential election.

And when, nine months later, the FBI could not prove the allegation of collusion between Trump and Russia, unverified evidence was leaked to the media to try to sustain public support for a continued investigation.

That means the redaction of Footnote 43 had more to do with political embarrassment than with national security. And that should concern us all.

The Founding Fathers intended government to be open and transparent except when national security was at risk. They never intended national security to be used to hide old-fashioned politics.

So, Mr. President, when you weigh those DOJ/FBI arguments against declassification, please don't forget the ruse of the redaction that was Footnote 43.

1990     Defamation is the destruction or attempted destruction of the reputation, status, character or standing in the community of a person or group of persons by unfair, wrongful, or malicious speech or publication. For the purposes of this essay, the central element is defamation in retaliation for the real or imagined attitudes, opinions or beliefs of the victim, with the intention of silencing or neutralizing his or her influence, and/or making an example of them so as to discourage similar independence and "insensitivity" or non-observance of taboos. It is different in nature and degree from simple criticism or disagreement in that it is aggressive, organized and skillfully applied, often by an organization or representative of a special interest group, and in that it consists of several characteristic elements.
    Ritual Defamation is not ritualistic because it follows any prescribed religious or mystical doctrine, nor is it embraced in any particular document or scripture. Rather, it is ritualistic because it follows a predictable, stereotyped pattern which embraces a number of elements, as in a ritual.
The elements of a Ritual Defamation are these:

1. In a ritual defamation the victim must have violated a particular taboo in some way, usually by expressing or identifying with a forbidden attitude, opinion or belief. It is not necessary that he "do" anything about it or undertake any particular course of action, only that he engage in some form of communication or expression.
2. The method of attack in a ritual defamation is to assail the character of the victim, and never to offer more than a perfunctory challenge to the particular attitudes, opinions or beliefs expressed or implied. Character assassination is its primary tool.
3. An important rule in ritual defamation is to avoid engaging in any kind of debate over the truthfulness or reasonableness of what has been expressed, only condemn it. To debate opens the issue up for examination and discussion of its merits, and to consider the evidence that may support it, which is just what the ritual defamer is trying to avoid. The primary goal of a ritual defamation is censorship and repression.
4. The victim is often somebody in the public eye - someone who is vulnerable to public opinion - although perhaps in a very modest way. It could be a schoolteacher, writer, businessman, minor official, or merely an outspoken citizen. Visibility enhances vulnerability to ritual defamation.
5. An attempt, often successful, is made to involve others in the defamation. In the case of a public official, other public officials will be urged to denounce the offender. In the case of a student, other students will be called upon, and so on.
6. In order for a ritual defamation to be effective, the victim must be dehumanized to the extent that he becomes identical with the offending attitude, opinion or belief, and in a manner which distorts it to the point where it appears at its most extreme. For example, a victim who is defamed as a "subversive" will be identified with the worst images of subversion, such as espionage, terrorism or treason. A victim defamed as a "pervert" will be identified with the worst images of perversion, including child molestation and rape. A victim defamed as a "racist" or "anti-Semitic" will be identified with the worst images of racism or anti-Semitism, such as lynchings or gas chambers.
7. Also to be successful, a ritual defamation must bring pressure and humiliation on the victim from every quarter, including family and friends. If the victim has school children, they may be taunted and ridiculed as a consequence of adverse publicity. If they are employed, they may be fired from their job. If the victim belongs to clubs or associations, other members may be urged to expel them.
8. Any explanation the victim may offer, including the claim of being misunderstood, is considered irrelevant. To claim truth as a defense for a politically incorrect value, opinion or belief is interpreted as defiance and only compounds the problem. Ritual defamation is often not necessarily an issue of being wrong or incorrect but rather of "insensitivity" and failing to observe social taboos.

    An interesting aspect of ritual defamation as a practice is its universality. It is not specific to any value, opinion or belief or to any group or subculture. It may be used for or against any political, ethnic, national or religious group. It may, for example, by anti-Semites against Jews, or by Jews against anti-Semites; by rightists against leftists or by leftists against rightists, and so on.
    The power of ritual defamation lies entirely in its capacity to intimidate and terrorize. It embraces some elements of primitive superstitious belief, as in a "curse" or "hex." It plays into the subconscious fear most people have of being abandoned or rejected by the tribe or by society and being cut off from social and psychological support systems.
    The weakness of ritual defamation lies in its tendency toward overkill and in its obvious maliciousness. Occasionally a ritual defamation will fail because of poor planning and failure to correctly judge the vulnerability of the victim or because its viciousness inadvertently generates sympathy.
    It’s important to recognize and identify the patterns of a ritual defamation. Like all propaganda and disinformation campaigns it is accomplished primarily through the manipulation of words and symbols. It is not used to persuade, but to punish. Although it may have cognitive elements, its thrust is primarily emotional. Ritual Defamation is used to hurt, to intimidate, to destroy, and to persecute, and to avoid the dialogue, debate and discussion upon which a free society depends. On those grounds it must be opposed no matter who tries to justify its use.

Do you realize that the Gross Domestic Product for the second quarter of 2018 was nearly identical to the GDP for 2014? I bet most of you don't know that. So how could it be that in 2014 unemployment was so high and 49 million people were on food stamps? We had the highest real unemployment since the great depression (when we include those having given up on seeking employment) and the highest number over all on public assistance? So now, how could a GDP no higher than that of 2014, produce the lowest unemployment of Blacks, Hispanics and Asians EVERY and overall jobless claims at a 50 years LOW?

The answer is the TYPE of economy that is being generated.




The answer to “racism” is economic prosperity. It may shock you to learn, but one of my best friends is a Muslim from India. He is a small business owner and one of the nicest people I know.
