REPORT: Sessions vows ’emergency’ Supreme Court battles amid ‘outrageous’ discovery rulings by federal judges

Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Monday lit into federal judges for what he called a dramatic uptick in “outrageous” decisions threatening to interfere with the separation of powers by exposing internal White House deliberations.

In a fiery speech to the conservative Heritage Foundation in Washington, Sessions warned that “once we go down this road in American government, there is no turning back.” He vowed to take “these discovery fights to the Supreme Court in emergency postures. … We intend to fight this, and we intend to win.”

The article goes on to state the following:
Sessions specifically singled out New York district court judge Jesse M. Furman, who ruled that Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross could be questioned in an ongoing lawsuit concerning the legality of the Trump administration’s decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census.

So I look at this woman whose entire life is wrapped in this deceptive grandeur and I have to ask:

So what is the reward of such a meaningless trek?
is it The worship of her fellow demoniacs she seeks?
is it the lure of The Marxist structure of Anti-Christian deconstruction called Western Academia groveling at her feet?
Or is it Slave Boys as prize, to mask the sore soul, to cover the fear of the sound of silence, that moment of isolation in the universe, the abyss of loneliness, the dark night that is a vortex sucking the mind to subjects that cannot be faced, the scramble to deny, to placate, to put away death in HIS place, to adorn with the false singed wings of angels as if movement were upward, strutting above the embers as if they have no heat,  these actions accompanying the constant free associative insanity, prideful unpropitious prattle, a demonic rhetoric, a tapestry of lore, more deeply idiotic than sanity can adjure?

Well, I say Yes to all the above since Grants and Endowments from the Luciferian Globalist Kingdom empower but cannot disguise libidinal drivel as wise.

Of course it makes me wonder:
How many vaunted words enshrined in the Norton Anthology and the convolutions of Modern Philosophy hold together on such a thin thread of dissociative passions, making of the highest literature a mere libidinal reaction and the propositions of the Great Enlightened Philosophers a mere Luciferian distraction.

Yet my words hold too much sanity for that, since they argue the idiocy of wrestling to the mat all that is death inducing painted up as the Great Harlot and whore strutting the high halls of culture as the droning, prattling bore, in paintings that shred and humans that cannot truly wed, and slave boys in Avital Ronell's bed. Oh how the sophisticated becomes the mundane, how learning itself has grown INSANE.

Now don't dare call this little bit of prose anti-intellectual since it is heart and soul of intellect scream out in from a sea of un-reason, and anti-intellectual fraud, a hurricane of hucksterism passing for pier reviewed academic product.

Cat Piss Fear on the Left Clowns on the Right

Look what it took for Newt Gingrich to finally give up his mythology of "we need to have a conversation with the left" "what they want is basically the same things we do, they just have a different idea how to achieve it." These are actual quotes - in this and to his face thirty years ago I called him "naive to the point of being a fool and a DUPE of the left and the Clintons." My brother Don thought I had been VERY rude to him. I told him, "you think these people will reason with you and you don't have a clue the evil with which you are dancing. They will suck you in, spit you out and destroy you." He was STILL stupidly naive 2012 post-South Carolina Primary, before the Florida Primary, thinking it was "politics as usual" and that the system wasn't TOTALLY rigged. Four years of Marxist Obama had not taught him a SINGLE thing. Finally, he makes a small speech outlining the REALITY that my compadres and I have understood for FOUR decades.

It is with GREAT SATISFACTION that I heard Newt Gingrich admit the STARK contrast of Good and Reason, vs Evil and Unreason, which he has consistently denied till NOW. Anatomize that little speech and it is as RADICAL as anything I have ever written, and for him embarrassingly LATE for the game.

Three Times the Democrats Publicly and in Unison Said NO to God

Do you know what this video proves? Simplistic people, even people of "simple faith" believe that it proves that in 2012 the Democratic Party was "Anti-God." And INDEED it was Anti-God. But these simpletons, I'm sure some who were sincere souls, are too stupid to realize that in the same year, that the Christians' embrace of the Mormon Globalist Cultist, Mitt Romney, was EQUALLY anti-God, in that the Mormons are ANTI-CHRIST. You cannot be, ANTI-CHRIST and not be ANTI-GOD.

Now before you dismiss what I am saying THINK.

In fact, investigate.

Mormonism holds no closer tie to Christ and Christianity than does Mohammed and Islam. When the Christians of America embraced the Mormon High Priest, named Mitt Romney, they embraced Anti-Christ.

Come on, you all did it.

Mormonism claims to embrace Christ, but it is an anti-Christ.

So the Democrat's rejection of a "generic God" (that is an atheist stance) and the Republican's embrace of THE ANTI-CHRIST, are NO Different.

Is Christ, God, or is he NOT?

FBI's Smoking Gun: Redactions Political

FBI’s smoking gun: Redactions protected political embarrassment, not ‘national security’

To declassify or not to declassify? That is the question, when it comes to the FBI's original evidence in the Russia collusion case.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI have tried to thwart President Trump on releasing the evidence, suggesting it will harm national security, make allies less willing to cooperate, or even leave him vulnerable to accusations that he is trying to obstruct the end of the Russia probe.

Before you judge the DOJ's and FBI's arguments - which are similar to those offered to stop the release of information in other major episodes of American history, from the Bay of Pigs to 9/11 - consider Footnote 43 on Page 57 of Chapter 3 of the House Intelligence Committee's report earlier this year on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Until this past week, the footnote really had garnered no public intrigue, in part because the U.S. intelligence community blacked out the vast majority of its verbiage in the name of national security before the report was made public.

From the heavy redactions, all one could tell is that FBI general counsel James Baker met with an unnamed person who provided some information in September 2016 about Russia, email hacking and a possible link to the Trump campaign.

Not a reporter or policymaker would have batted an eyelash over such a revelation.

Then, last Wednesday, I broke the story that Baker admitted to Congress in an unclassified setting - repeat, in an unclassified setting - that he had met with a top lawyer at the firm representing the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and received allegations from that lawyer about Russia, Trump and possible hacking.

It was the same DNC, along with Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, that funded the unverified, salacious dossier by a British intel operative, Christopher Steele, that became a central piece of evidence used to justify the FBI surveillance of the Trump campaign in the final days of the election.

And it was the same law firm that made the payments for the dossier research so those could be disguised in campaign spending reports to avoid the disclosure of the actual beneficiaries of the research, which were Clinton and the DNC.

And it was, in turns out, the same meeting that was so heavily censored by the intel agencies from Footnote 43 in the House report - treated, in other words, as some big national security secret.

What makes this so extraordinary is that the FBI and the DOJ would have Americans believe that a contact with a lawyer for a political party during the middle of the election is somehow a matter of national security that should be hidden from the public.

Well, that argument was proven to be a lie by the very way the interview with Baker played out last Wednesday on Capitol Hill. Baker was not interviewed in a "SCIF" - a "sensitive compartmented information facility" routinely used to discuss super-secret, highly sensitive information. There was no claim of classification over any information he provided Congress that day.

So we can now say with some authority that the earlier redaction in Footnote 43 was done in the name of a national security concern that did not exist.

Which raises the question of what the real reason was that it was hidden from public view. I think the answer can be found in an earlier set of documents that DOJ and FBI fought hard to keep secret - the text messages of those FBI love-birds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. What we learned from their messages was that the investigation was a whole lot more about politics and and a whole lot less about verified intelligence.

There is now a concrete storyline backed by irrefutable evidence: The FBI allowed itself to take political opposition research created by one party to defeat another in an election, treated it like actionable intelligence, presented it to the court as substantiated, and then used it to justify spying on an adviser for the campaign of that party's duly chosen nominee for president in the final days of a presidential election.

And when, nine months later, the FBI could not prove the allegation of collusion between Trump and Russia, unverified evidence was leaked to the media to try to sustain public support for a continued investigation.

That means the redaction of Footnote 43 had more to do with political embarrassment than with national security. And that should concern us all.

The Founding Fathers intended government to be open and transparent except when national security was at risk. They never intended national security to be used to hide old-fashioned politics.

So, Mr. President, when you weigh those DOJ/FBI arguments against declassification, please don't forget the ruse of the redaction that was Footnote 43.
