The Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC - an Institution of the New World Order Elite) - is before congress today AGAIN beating the drum that "evil Carbon" is the cause of Climate Change.
Yesterday was released the report by the NON-governmental International Panel on Climate Change, (NIPCC) a thoroughly peer reviewed study involving thousands of top scientists from around the world, which states that THE "EFFECT" OF MAN MADE INCREASE IN CARBON INTO THE ATMOSPHERE IS SO MINUSCULE IT CANNOT BE MEASURED. This is the REAL SCIENCE.
Noticeably absent from the New World Order report that seeks to enslave the world with Carbon Tax, is the fact that over the past 40 years the Stellar Winds have complete reversed directions, effecting the Sun's Atmosphere (the heliosphere) and that this drastic change in the Stellar Winds direction along with increased activity in the Sun itself, BY ITSELF accounts for all Climate Change on Earth.
