I know the blood is boiling in every Constitution Worshiper's veins at the title and my first sentence. But PLEASE don't let your anger at my words fill you with blinding passions so that you cannot read further and learn that I speak NOT against LIBERTY. If you love LIBERTY you need to reign in your passions and read.
THINK! A Constitution that begins with the betrayal of the Principles on which the Revolution was fought is to put it mildly, flawed. But to state it more succinctly a LIE from the very beginning and destined to end in the dustbin of history as it ought. As in fact our Constitution has ended, a mere artifact of our former Republic. (keep reading please.)
Do you not realize? Have you ever contemplated what a failure the U.S. Constitution was to the CLEAR PRINCIPLES OF THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE?
From the Declaration of Independence:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.Now, can you tell me how the Constitution Betrayed our Unalienable Rights? By now the failures are legion. But the Constitution as originally ratified, grossly betrayed our unalienable rights. Can you tell me how?
How can all men be created equal and JUSTICE be served by claiming that some men are not equal, and their personal reality represents only some part, some percentage of a Human Being? Because the U.S. Supreme Court chose to rule "CONSTITUTIONALLY" and ignore the Principles of the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, the horrible Dred Scott V. Sandford decision was rendered. And it was ABSOLUTELY CONSTITUTIONAL, THOUGH HORRIBLY UN-JUST.
If you don't believe me, read the constitution in its form at the time of the Dred Scott decision and the Scott decision, the truth will be obvious. Bad Tree, Bad Fruit.
The betrayal of the Declaration of Independence, through codifying the institution of slavery caused the slaughter of over eight-hundred-thousand American Citizens, and virtually destroyed the remaining pillars of the Constitution, dissolving the sovereignty of all the states and commonwealths, making of them mere Administrative Regions of the Central Government, with some very limited autonomy. The Civil War rendered the Constituional Federalism of the Federal Government null and void and created rather a Central State Government, not unlike Soviet Russia and her provinces and vassal states.

Add to this the illegal 16th amendment and not only was Economic Liberty ceded to the New World Order, a system of indentured slavery was created through officially recognized and sanction robbery. Literally a conman's scheme was created in the IRS. Both the 16th amendment and the scheme to tax free men's labor, were "extra-constitutional" actions of the New World Order, as they quietly flexed their muscle and began the process of enslaving Americans. Even at that point the question of "constitutionality" and "legality" were MOOT. Though the question of legitimacy or illegitimacy glares in our eyes, simply blinding most into submission.
America: Freedom to Fascism
Because the U.S. Supreme Court chose to rule upon strict Constitutional Grounds, ignored common sense and natural law i.e. the Principles of the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, the horrible Roe V. Wade decision was rendered. Remember! it was ABSOLUTELY CONSTITUTIONAL, THOUGH HORRIBLY UN-JUST. Bad Tree, Bad Fruit, which has already cost the lives of over sixty million Americans, and untold physical and psychic damage to survivors of abortion. The Dred Scott decision violated the principle of LIBERTY, the ROE V WADE decision violated the principle of LIFE.
America BETRAYED HERSELF when the original Constitution was ratified, and EVERY ruling based upon strict interpretation of the Constitution (as written or as living) and NOT upon the principles upon which this nation fought and won their independence has been a move toward this present Totalitarian State and a total betrayal of her people. Folks the American Experiment has FAILED. I know your gut wants to curse me, but consider. Can any government that attacks her people and tries to wrest from them what only God can give be called a success?
What is an unalienable right?
Unalienable Rights are the foundational rights that every person has to give to every other person so that individual humans can live as humans, without insult to their human dignity and humanity, without warping, diminishing or destroying the Image of God present in each human potential, the plethora of physical, emotional, spiritual growth, creativity and development, free thought and speech, free movement, and absolutely free enterprise. But it must be understood that these rights are incompatible and antithetical with anarchy. As antithetical as they are to slavery, to murder, to robbery, to rape, to abuse, to oppression, physical, spiritual, mental, emotional and economic.
These rights are hierarchical.
FIRST and absolutely primary, there is LIFE:
This one is so simple it is so very hard to see why it escapes the view of so-called "Libertarians" who claim to LOVE LIBERTY. They cannot LOVE LIBERTY without granting life to every being holding the possibility of full human development and potential. Everyone has to give to everyone else the right to life. When that is wounded the door is opened to all other atrocities perpetrated by Central Planners of a Central State, where segments of the population may be destroyed "for the good of the state."
Second there is Liberty:
HUMAN LIFE of itself, the mere fact of Human BEING-hood, arrives with Human Dignity, the right of self-defense, the right to battle for survival, the Liberty to seek what seems reasonable to that person of Truth, Goodness, Beauty, Justice, Liberty, Equality, Ethics and Justice. These represent both tools of survival and the development of human potential and the fabric of society and civilization. So the degree of Liberty has to be given by everyone to everyone else, so that the human person can act in their just and rightful capacity as a human being, without enslavement or enslaving abuses, where as complete an autonomy as possible is created, being restricted only by the fences that protects one person's Liberty from diminishing and harming the LIFE and Liberty of another or others.
Third there is the Possession of Private Property:
The right to own things. This is an absolute and unalienable right as it conforms to the confines of the first two rights. Everyone must give to everyone else the right to the tools, spaces, structures, and enterprises necessary to sustain life, to create hearth and home, vocation and business, to insure in Liberty human dignity and survival, but more, to allow the "pursuit of happiness." That is, the pursuit of ones own human potential. This latter recognizes that a human being is possessed of not only cognition but a spirit of creativity in the image of his Creator God. The difference between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution is the former was written with this clear understanding and the latter failed to adequately codify it into law.
These rights are unalienable and totally "democratic" not allowing for any differentiation of those possessing the capacity for human potential, and limited only by the fences that protect from harm to LIFE, LIBERTY and PROPERTY of others.
Which of these rights may be granted by Government?
NONE OF THEM.
These rights represent the basic human right of the human being with potential of human development, or LESSOR Human experience from conception to death. A government cannot detract from these. A government cannot create or grant theses. This is your NATURAL GOD GIVEN STATE, in the natural order of man, the bonding contract of human society and civilized existence. Any government harming these natural rights of man needs to be altered if possible and abolished if not possible.
Our Government has betrayed completely the Bill of Rights in the Constitution, and EVERY guarantee of their sworn duty to serve and protect and express the Will of the People. At this point in time this is the history, this is the fact. This attempt to enslave us has been for the most part absolutely "constitutional and legal" by the strict interpretation of the Constitution, limited only to itself as its only reference resource, a grossly inadequate document.
Our American Totalitarian State
NO DOCUMENT may contain a complete delineation of our natural God Given Rights of LIFE, LIBERTY and PROPERTY (Pursuit of Happiness). Why is this? Because they represent the marvel and wonder of the human person, whose intelligence and creativity, development and potential is unmatched by any physical/spiritual species in the known Universe. So at each point in the development of the human person and societies these basic rights have to be balanced between themselves and their limits, vis a vis the common rule, "Do No Harm to others, but if harm is unavoidable, minimize it to the greatest degree possible." That is the Social Contract of LIBERTY and our Constitution FAILED to codify this Social Contract into Law.
Without the concept of these Natural God Given Human Rights, no just and legitimate system of government, commerce, and/or society may be rightly established.
This means that our present system of government is illegitimate. This means that the new international system of government is illegitimate. Neither government can demand of you loyalty, fidelity, allegiance, obedience, patriotism or trust. Why? Because they are collectively "a lawless assault on true Human Rights," not worthy of anything but disapprobation, to which you owe no service, no duty, no endorsement, no approval or praise. When you give this false system your participation by VOTING, by in any way taking part in its false political system, you endorse and approve its authority as legitimate, and slaughter your own Natural, God-Given Rights in the process. You in fact, lessen your own human dignity, agreeing to be a kept animal by the herdsman, obeying when moved, fed, groomed, fatted and ready for slaughter.
