The U.S. Constitution is clear that the government is to have oversight and that the privacy rights of individual legal Americans are guaranteed by law. The Federal Government oversteps its "limited powers" when they go rogue and target individuals without probable cause, other than their personal cause. All public servants including the U.S. President must uphold the U.S. Constitution and it should be mandated that they must seek a warrant and notify Congress or a Federal Judge of their intent and seek a legal warrant and record the justification for their surveillance and recording of private conversations. Without a record and a warrant issued by Congress or a Judge, there is no justice for the potential victims whose personal thoughts and confessions to their friends on personal issues or political issues can be used against them and they can even be blackmailed. There are Constitutional Laws for Traitors and Treason and Blackmail and illegal Spying, illegal audio recordings, and illegal surveillance and according to the law books, it's a felony.
