Tell me DHS, FBI, NSA, CIA, DIA, FBI, and all the other 12 Spook agencies that have robbed us of all PRIVACY. Did your super-duper spy apparatus "have this fellow on your radar"? That is your usual shtick "he was on our radar" bull shite. Tell me, were you aware of his plans, of his motives, of his attack? Did you know he was a Jihadi? Did you even know he was illegally in the country?
Lump the collective alphabet soup of spook departments and agencies and we spend HUNDREDs of BILLIONS of Dollars, and counting the Defense Intelligence Agency the price goes to over a Trillion Dollars a year, not including the Black Opts, off the books cut outs that every department of government feeds to these same snake organizations.
