Saint Paul clearly outlined the process, how a good person can come to be totally removed from reality by the incessant practice of sin, how he/she could become so confused, that one cannot distinguish between what is natural and good, and what is aberrant and evil.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell, having accepted the secular humanist view, that abortion is needed, necessary and humane, having then operated a human slaughter house for decades, having convinced himself that he was doing his community a great service by ridding it of unwanted children, cooperated with his defense attorney to NOT produce a defense at his murder trial, a really arrogant act, so convinced of the natural-goodness of his actions, so blinded to the aberrant evil he had become, he is reported to have been genuinely SHOCKED to be found guilty of three counts of first degree murder. Can you imagine the confusion happening in his mind at the moment he heard the verdict? Where he is convicted of killing something that had many years ago become mere waste and garbage to him? Can you imagine how insane he has to think our society has grown to actually CARE what happens to such garbage? And can you imagine still, how angry he will soon be that people had the audacity to punish him severely for merely tossing garbage.
Saint Paul said, "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie."
It is a lesson collectively as a culture Americans have lost almost altogether, and we suffer and have more suffering to come, as we endure the death of innocents here inside our borders and overseas aiding the Luciferian forces that are destroying the Christian communities in country after country, by pure genocide, and genocidal wars. This aberrant evil is all based upon the same blindness that gripped and controlled Dr. Kermit Gosnell. That blindness is called Secular Humanism.
What is secular humanism? It is the belief the there is no God, or if there is a God, he created and walked away, that in truth nothing exists but matter and the energy of matter, and so then man is on his own, he must use his reason alone to solve the intractable problems of human history. It is a faithless philosophy, absent hope, with little or no respect for the human spirit and the human being. In the grand rational scheme to better mankind, it is willing to kill any number of human beings as needed.
Examples
There is an energy crisis:
The secular humanist tries to (1) eliminate the number of individuals needing energy and (2) the amount of energy each person needs and uses.
The Christian Humanitarian, discovers new sources and better means of energy production.
This example may sound silly to you but it has been the dividing line between two versions of the earth's future for more than a century. So far the Secular Humanists have been winning, if winning means the slaughter of hundreds of millions by war, famine, pestilence and ONE BILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED MILLION by worldwide abortion just in the last twenty years. They will continue to win if "civilized people" do not grasp LIFE as the FIRST principle, without which Liberty and Property are mere concepts. However, more people ARE beginning to understand how absolutely vital dedication is LIFE is, and how FAITH FILLED and prosperous an alternative Future, COULD BE. I am encouraged because the Secular Humanist boat has become ragged, their sails torn as the level of inhumanity in their solutions are being exposed. As their mythologies are being challenged, and torn apart by (1) reason, (2) science and (3) Faith. Not Reason, or science, or Faith, but rather the three together, producing the observable and knowable FACTS.
A Few FACTS:
FACT: There is no population problem.
FACT: World production is a tiny percentage of our present capacity capable of sustaining many times the present earth population.
FACT: There is no energy shortage or crisis.
FACT: Oil is "abiotic," the second most plentiful liquid on the planet.
FACT: Evolution is a disproved myth. Disproved by genetic facts, disproved as fraudulent "science" is exposed. Disproved by archaeology and geology and a sea of anomalous data that won't fit the evolution paradigm.
FACT: The political scare tactics of the Secular Humanists have failed, (1) the coming Ice Age and its off spring for the next generation (2) Global Warming - FAILED. Both proved the political - herding lie they are. What political scare tactic is next? I have some ideas and think I know, but that is for another time.
FACT: Secular Humanism IS The Culture of Death, it comes to us without hope, without faith, where humans are taught to view one another as rats on a sinking ship. It comes to us complete with its anti-life mythologies and fantasies and expects us to ignore the 5000 fed with five loaves and two fishes. In case you are Biblically ignorant and don't get the reference I am talking about LIFE in Abundance, available to us, when we reject fear and embrace FAITH.
FACT: The great expansion of technology in the last one hundred and fifty years is NOT a product of the dunces who created the pseudo-science of Evolutionism, or the philosophy of meaninglessness, (Nihilism) and the philosophy of moral confusion, (Hegelianism), it was produced by men (and women) who understood there were "natural laws" to be discovered and morally used.
FACT: The CORE TRUTH of the Culture of LIFE is that it realizes that there cannot be "natural law," which teaches what is "natural and good" without there being a Natural Law Giver. And once this simple premise is grasped, what is aberrant, unnatural and evil - the core of the Culture of Death, is also seen with clarity.
FACT: The culture of LIFE is based upon Truth. And seeing it played out in history is most interesting and drives home the reality of Jesus Christ's words, "I AM, the Way, the Truth and the life."
FACT: The culture of death is based upon Lie.
So Lucifer says, "I AM NOT, but don't worry, there is no real way forward, truth is relative and can mean anything with equal non-value, and life is meaningless as we float on this speck of dust in the vast cosmos and worthless. What difference does it make how many infants we kill? What difference does it make how many others perish without hope? We are rats on a sinking ship, get yours while you can, because after that season of hedonism and excess it is fade to black for eternity."
FACT: Here is the choice:
Create a challenging future of HOPE and REAL CHANGE, or Believe the lies and be damned.
2Th 2:10 cf "because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."
